Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Storm Overland. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team. It is your responsibility to pay for the return postage. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return your item. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and issue a refund.
